Message: OMG… I went to HSNT on 2309 Chester St in Fort Worth for vaccination shots for our fur baby and was blown away by their service, politeness, and professionalism. I was greeted by Oscar, one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. Oscar was so helpful and informative; he basically did everything for me and was so kind to my baby. This staff understands customer service and being kind to everyone. Unfortunately, I missed the name of the young lady who was helping Oscar, but she was the same way. These days, you normally don’t even get a smile from people, but this staff was amazing, and I will return with my other babies in the future. Oscar, “Thank you” for being kind and generous with your time and explaining everything. I’m extremely impressed with the service I received. Thank You HSNT!
