Pluto's Story

Hunter and I moved to downtown Fort Worth in 2014 and were excited to discover that the city is dog-friendly. We knew we wanted a canine companion to help us adjust to life in our new home. When we met Pluto in November 2015 at the HSNT in Fort Worth (Saxe-Forte Adoption Center), we immediately fell in love with him! We are dog lovers, but he is our first pet -- and boy, we learned a lot very quickly about being doggo parents! 

Through all the ups and downs, we wouldn't trade him for the world. He has such a sweet demeanor, and LOVES every person and pup that he meets. What's more, he's brought our little family closer together as we spend time walking him, going on road trip adventures, and making new friends everywhere we go, thanks to Pluto's wiggles and waggly tail. 

Pluto brings joy to everyone he meets, and we're thrilled to have a chance to bring joy to dogs waiting for their forever homes at HSNT
